Mounted on a stable plastic base that has a gear driven mechanism for rotating it using a handle. Whole assembly fixed on a base. Illustrates that different colors of spectrum produce white color on mixing due to rotation of disc. A circular disc has scientifically designed pair of sectors of each of seven colors printed in proper proportion.
